I think this movie wasn’t like all the previous super heroes movies. Ok, there’s a lot very similar when it’s all about seriousness or when you realize Norse gods speak English and you think that’s totally stupid… What was different, and actually quite funny, was this constant mockery about super heroes world. That was an interesting and smart way to explore this kind of story.
Otherwise, that was a usual super hero movie, good costumes, good backgrounds/decors/set, very good looking (and talented) main actors, etc. That last point leads me to a unpleasant announcement I have to do right now :
Jake (Gyllenhaal), Matt (Dallas), Colton (Haynes), Chris (Evans & Pine), Will (Chalker), I’m so very sorry guys but…it’s over. This mass-dumping is really tough for me but I must deal with my feelings : now I’m in love with Chris Hemsworth.
